「Very clean hotel and great staff」

「Hotel was very clean the staff great very friendly and polite 」

「The hotel is situated on a quiet street. A super market, a small restaurant, and a convenience store is 2 minutes walk away. The staff is very helpful and accommodating. The breakfast was decent, and the lady serving the breakfast was very pleasant and helpful. The front desk staff was polite and helped with calling the taxis and giving directions. Very few people in Uzbekistan speak English, and the Google translate was very helpful. I wouldn't mind staying at this hotel again if I ever go back...

「I had a one week stay her while working nearby. Very new, clean and comfortable building and facilities. Staff were very attentive and helpful - particular thanks to Sardor who was the main guy at reception when I was coming no going and extremely helpful. I didn't have an opportunity to use the pool as the weather was quite mild and there had a couple of rainy days too, although it has been enclosed inside a glass structure which can make it more accessible and versatile for many people.」

「There are positive and negative aspects. The building is clean and has character (high ceilings and moldings). Its location is in a wonderful park that we thoroughly enjoyed during our stay. Went to restaurants and cafes. People watched. But the downside is that our small room had no AC for three nights. The staff did not take care of it after the first complaint. And could not fix it after the second. 」
