「So welcoming. We flew in early (got to the Waterscape around noon) and even though check in time was 4pm they allowed us to leave our bags at the front desk area and gave us our wristbands so that we could enjoy the amenities while we waited. We loved staying there. Kids said they had the best time.」

「The property was thoroughly cleaned & we had everything we wanted in our room. The staff was so friendly. I loved not having alot of noise. We will be coming back there again & I highly recommend Soundside.」

「There is not a beach view - the obstructed view included the parking lot and a dune, not the beach. However, it was in an excellent location. The beach access was amazing. Easy to get to and enjoyed the use of beach chairs and umbrella. The pool was clean and easily accessible. I couldn't have asked for a better location for the price. 」

「Emerald Isle is currently under construction as of March 2026. There is only one active elevator which creates long wait times. The unit was good, bit many outlets were not working. Property management moved us to a new resort (Portofino Island), which was great. I will book there instead next time.」
