"Notre chambre n’était pas propre, pas grand chose à proximité. On a pas osé manger a l’hôtel au vu de l´état de notre chambre. Le personnel est sympathique, comme tous les indonésiens. La piscine est gelée, rien n’est tenu en état. Déplorable. A éviter. "

"This was the absolute worst hotel I have ever stayed in! Room was suppose to include breakfast, we when got there we found out we had to walk across a very busy road to get to where breakfast was served and the breakfast consisted of instant coffee or tea, instant noodles, or a piece of bread. No wifi in room. No restaurant even though it said there was. When we asked for extra pillows as we were only given two very flat ones we were told it would cost extra. "Staf sangat ramah dan sigap menolong. Saya mendapat 2 kamar dengan masalah di air. Teknisi segera datang dan memperbaiki. Ketika perbaikan tidak berhasil kami mendapat kamar pengganti. Di kamar pengganti kualitas air sangat baik termasuk air panasnya. Rasa makanan saat sarapan sebaiknya diperbaiki."
