「Staff never kept the room stocked with towels or paper. Always had to ask for them. But overall was a beautiful place 」

「The pros - excellent location, friendly staff despite my very limited Spanish, and breakfast options were good and tasty! However, the hotel could do with a refurb. Cracks and grass growing through concrete outside 6th floor windows is concerning. Bedroom wall cracked, floor needs replacing and with 25C outdoors, the heating stuck on high was not pleasant. A shame really, because with its location, it could be fabulous! 」
