“I will not recommend the Wyndham Texarkana, Tx. hotel to anyone. The lobby was clean and well-lit and the receptionist was welcoming. The room had a damp musty smell. The toilet seat was broken--hanging on by one screw with mold build-up in the bowl. Urine stains were on the floor. Counter tops had not been cleaned. We used sanitized wipes to scrub the bathroom floor and other surfaces and wiped down tables, counters, and desktops. There was dirt build up in all corners and on the floor under……

“The only thing that disappointed me was that the steakhouse wasn’t open and there was no sign or explanation as to why or when it would be open again.
Other than that, I found it to be a very nice and economical way to have a nice getaway and enjoy the casino. I would definitely stay there again and most certainly would recommend it.”

“Ignoring items that are based more on my personal preference.
TV remote not working
Bathroom ceiling lights not working
Smoke detector laying on top of fridge
Iron didn’t work
Bath floor was dirty
One thing is easy to overlook but all of these things did not happen at once it’s a sign of very poor management and lazy housekeeping. It’s a shame Marriott allows properties like this to carry their name.”
