「It’s pretty rundown. Carpet was very dirty. Good price, not a bad area and the cable worked as did Wi-Fi. It smelled a little musty but really not too bad for the price. There’s no breakfast and there was a $100 hold/deposit 」

「Very well, kept clean rooms. Very nice people every Friday. They have dinner cooked for like meet and greet people that stay there that was very interesting.」

「Are stay was very enjoyable. I did not give completely five stars because the furniture, sofas, in the cabin were not comfortable to sit in at all. And there was black mold on the patio floors out front. Would I Stay again? Absolutely I would! Thank you for allowing us to keep our service dog with us ❤️ 」

「Booked this place on a whim. Was looking to break up our trip across a few days and stay somehwere along the way. I have a family of 6 and so this looked very desirable. We stayed in the barn. It was cozy and eclectic. Everyone slept very well and the kids very much enjoyed petting the goats and trying to entice the other animals to come closer. The family host was extremely friendly and attentive and the breakfast was to die for. The town of Washington is the old Confederate capitol of Arkansas...

「Staying in the cabin was the first time my wife, kids, and I have done anything like that. My family and I enjoyed it. We had my adoptive parents and niece out for a crab boil and to play phase 10. We will be doing it again as soon as possible 」
