「very good location, 5 mins walk from train station and 10 mins walk to main attractions. Even it's in the basement but i still have window with fresh air from outside. The receptionist, Dania, she is sooo helpful to me, she clearly, patiently explain my questions about Lecce, The room is very clean, I especially like the mini kitehcn set, you can cook something light and enjoy it on the dinning table which is also provided in the room. They don't have their own breakfast but they offer you...

Beaucoup de petites choses ne fonctionnaient pas (lampe chevet, porte qui grincé ......) 「I booked this hotel for a few days last minute and couldn't have been happier. Hotel staff were very welcoming and couldn't do enough to help. Room was very clean and serviced everyday. The pool area was clean within easy access into the pool which is important for me with reduced mobility. I have very specific dietary needs after surgery and these were catered for after a quick chat with staff」

Da migliorare l'insonorizzazione (c'è una fuga di mezzo cm tra la porta e gli stipiti, quindi è come stare in corridoio) e la colazione (solo dolce e, a richiesta e se presente il padrone, un piatto di prosciutto e formaggio).
