「Very courteous staff」

「Decent hotel. Check in desk is in the lobby of the bar, not very noticeable. We never got a notification that our room was ready. Had to check back after going to Beale street to get our room key. Parking across the street was simple at only $15 compared to the 35$ valet. Although the garage does not offer in and out privileges. Very nice location close to the end of Beale street. Easy and safe to walk back and forth. 」

「The room was adequate for our needs, and we felt safe. The property as a whole needs a refresh.The biggest problem, since it rained the whole weekend, was that they have no covered entrances, not even at the front. 」

「A bit disappointed when I got into the room, as found the cups at plastic, there is no water boiler, no slippers, no toothbrush. The worst thing is, there is kind of caramel smell in some of the towels (I don't know where it came from, but not dare to use it). The wifi in room is not free, for US$9/day I rather get a SIM card, the LAN is not working. Anyway the breakfast and dinner I had is ok, but for business trip I won't stay here again as there are other choices near airport, I don't see...
