"Beach front hotel. Very clean. The only con is the ice cream we bought at the front desk was too tiny for a scoop. It's just 1/5 of the cup, Ridiculous!"

"what attracted us to this hotel was the pool and the hot spring, the two could be done with a good scrub, the hotel its self is a bit shabby, the room service could be a lot better, food not to bad but a bit pricey not excellent but as far as Chinese hotels go it was a pleasant enough stay."

"Suggest that light and sound be installed to indicate lift has arrived. There are 4 lifts and it is not possible to see which lift has arrived as the 2 lifts at both ends are slightly slanted in its location."

"Fight arrived at 2am and they did come and pick us up from the airport after we gave them a call as instructed. However, upon arriving they claimed they did not have our reservation, so I produced the email confirmation from Hotels.com The night staff said he has no record but out of goodwill based on my email confirmation, gave us the room. The room is so-so, the toilet could be better and there was no hot water. Breakfast was too simple. We went outside to look for something else to eat."

They could not find my reservation and strictly ask me to wait although I showed prepared receipt, finally I called the manager of hotel and explained, the room key was provided. Second day for breakfast, they did not find breakfast included again. The hotel is shared with other business and use a same elevator, access and exit was not safe. Overall, I suggest to improve the service."

" Was ich je erlebt habe. In dem Hotel angekommen gibt es zwar ein Restaurant, dort bekommt man nur Frühstück. Man kann sich nichts zu Essen bestellen. Man kann nicht auf Kreditkarte Geld einlösen. Den Weg zu meinem Zimmer musste ich mir suchen, keine Erklärung kein nichts, ich bekam die Schlüssel in die Hand und musste anfangen zu suchen das Personal spricht nur chinesisch die Räume waren mit Teppichen ausgelegt die extremst nach Staub gestunken haben. Der ganze Aufbau des Hotels muss noch...
