“One star is really too much for this hotel, check Google reviews review pictures for the truth. The only thing that is good is the location, and even that is not very important in patras, everything is close by, it’s a small city. The hotel is very old, dirty, and not maintained at all. The corridors are dirty, full of stains on carpets and walls. Our room was smelling mould the moment we opened the door to enter, totally disgusting. Walls had stains everywhere. Bathroom tiles all had visible……

“Room was good, however reception area was overrun with cats! Thus smelled strongly of cat urine.”

“Stayed in a room with a loft for 3 nights. The hotel provided a menu with different options and it was delivered at the requested time slot. The gourmet breakfast was excellent and better than most buffets at hotels in the area. The room was very clean and equipped with everything you would need. Loved the rain head shower too. ”

“A beautiful hotel in a very peaceful location. Very friendly staff. A nice touch was a few beds on the beach accessed by a path through the woods. Our room was exceptional with a large pool within a few metres. Breakfast was good if very simple. My only suggestion would be to cook eggs to order rather than in one go and letting them go cold and unappetising. They must waste lots. However this is a small point. This is a great small hotel. ”
