「We were initially underwhelmed. The room seemed tiny and not well laid out. We missed having a small frig in room. We weren't too sure about the neighborhood. But we came to appreciate this as a very good hotel. Extremely helpful staff. Very clean. Comfortable beds. And staff took care of refrigerating medication that needed to be kept cool with no problems. It's a great location for exploring the city. And the underground parking on site is a huge plus.」

「Excellent location and very friendly restaurant staff. However, bathroom floor was not cleaned on a daily basis (during our 4 night stay it was not cleaned). Trash was also taken out on alternate day.」
