“Horrible experience where the bath towels had small black hairs all over….GROSS!! Reached out through the app on day of arrival 5/20/2026 and they said they’d have them delivered ASAP. Had continued communications through both the app and Ethan. Ethan advised on 5/21/2026 that someone would be delivering and if we weren’t there they’d leave them inside and that was around 4pm. Towels NEVER arrived that day. We did not get new, clean towels until Friday morning 5/22/26 after we had already……

“So the most important reason to book this house was a game room for us. It was a family picnic to relax and in pictures we saw a game room with pool and pink ponk table and we booked it. On arrival we figure out there was no pool sticks and no pink ponk paddles. We contact them and they said they ordered it and it will arrive in 4 days so this was very upsetting for all of us and because of this we were unable to utilize the game room. On the same night we found one living Scorpio near kitchen……
