“El hotel es hermoso! Por lo mismo su costo es elevado comparado a otros de la misma área, pero desafortunadamente pasamos dos noches muy malas ya que la máquina del aire acondicionado de la habitación hacía mucho ruido, se escuchaba vibrar toda la noche y no solo eso, sino que se escuchaba que estaba goteando en el techo del baño donde una parte del techo es de lámina y ahí se escuchaba la vibración de la máquina y el goteo constante, así fueron nuestras dos noches sin descanso completo por el……

“All my family love this hotel. We had a road trip from LA to Texas. This hotel is the best one including clean, layout, and staff. Especially the front dest Alana, she is so nice and warm and she did her job perfect. I try to stay one more night and booked online first. When I go the reception Alana say hi and smile to me then pass the room key directly. That is amazing. I am not vip for double tree Hilton. From that moment, I will be one. Thank you Alana”

“Outstanding experience! Stayed in the Monolith unit … the feeling of sleeping in the trees was wonderful! Loved relaxing in the hot tub at night while enjoying the star filled sky! The staff was so very helpful. On a scale of 1 to 5 I rate it a10. It exceeded my expectations… I will absolutely stay here again!!”
