「There is no bar or restaurant on the property, the rooftop breakfast was not good at all and it isnt open for lunch or dinner and serves nothing but a breakfast which was to be honest very disappointing. The bar is all set up, but its not open. I dont know if they set up things just to get a 4 star status, and then just shut them down. All in all this hotel is excellent if you just want a clean place to sleep, but far from 4 star property. Its actually a 3 star max. It has a lot of potential,...

「The Staff was lovely. They were extremely attentive and very quick to help with anything including Restaurant reservations et cetera The property was in a great location in the heart of the old town. I did find the rooms to be a little dated but they were very clean. The outdoor terrace is lovely overall a solid property in the Heart of the old town. The breakfast room was quaint and lovely and then got us whatever we needed.」

「Great location. Parking is not really an issue you can find in the street short walk. BUT hotel should advise at reservation time you have to drive through a Limites Zone (not an issue but be aware). The shower... why is the shower such a difficult concept in Italy? Shower is ample, you can fully stretch your arms lenghtwise, But the shower head with many funtions is in the center pointing to the door where the space is minimum. You cannot move but a lot of empty space on each side. I dont get...
