“Avoid This Hotel. This hotel feels more like a 2-star establishment. The hotel is isolated, located above a supermarket, and offers very basic facilities. Despite being advertised as a spa hotel, there is no spa. The rooms are very noisy. While showering our baby daughter, the metal shower control knob fell off, creating a serious safety risk. Instead of apologising and acknowledging the danger, staff dismissed our concerns, saying it was only 3 cm and not a big deal. Moving us to another……

“Lovely room with mini fridge, great shower and balcony and really comfortable beds. Brilliant free activities for kids and teens morning 10am, afternoon 3pm and night 9pm. Watch out for the special kids activities like art classes that come with an extra charge as these at €25 are quite pricey. Activities for adults and kids are shared across three hotels in Chia Laguna so padel and table tennis were across the road but only a couple of minutes walk. There was no yoga on when we stayed which……

“Forte Village is a family holiday paradise. I will preface this by saying we were fortunate enough to receive an upgrade to Le Dune on arrival so this review pertains to this part of the property. From the moment we arrived, the transition from check in to entering our room was flawless. The staff were extremely accommodating to our two babies in tow and were able to convert the day bed into an infant bed and also provided us with a cot for our younger baby. The standout for this resort is……

“A mio parere, la struttura avrebbe bisogno di una ristrutturazione e di un rinnovamento generale. Inoltre, per una struttura che si presenta come di alto livello, sarebbe opportuno investire maggiormente nella formazione del personale. Ho avuto l’impressione che parte dello staff, molto giovane e con poca esperienza, non avesse sempre una chiara comprensione del proprio ruolo e degli standard di servizio richiesti. Credo che ci sia un ampio margine di miglioramento e che la struttura possa……
