「staffs were nice and helpful. But the hotel itself was old, bedding was clean but too small couldn’t fit the king size bed. The room has very poor soundproofing, and noises from the hallway can be clearly heard. The facilities are outdated and do not justify the $400+ per night rate.」

「Prefer they clean the room daily, also need to go to the front desk to get more toilet paper, paper towel etc. Also in order to get new towels you need to bring the old dirty ones to the Front desk to get new clean one.」

「We loved our ocean and pool view lanai! We would have preferred the ocean pool was the “quiet” pool (there are three pools on the property), and the “quiet” pool is next to the pickleball courts. Within just a few days of our visit we were informed of an additional fee per night for A/C if requested. This information should have been included in the original ad. If it was there, it was buried in the weeds as we didn’t see this upon booking.」

「I paid for an ocean view room. But it was actually looking over the parking lot. The staff said it was an ocean view if I go out to the balcony during the day I’d see some part of the ocean. That’s just ridiculous. That’s not what you advised as an ocean view room. And they say they weren’t able to move me because they were full. Besides that everything else was absolutely overpriced. I’ve stayed at many sea resorts. Including some other Sheratons. This is by far the worst. And not close to the...
