「Had a bad shower experience as the temperature of the shower water is either too hot or too cold, there’s never a right temperature even though the technician had came and adjusted. Not sure if I will recommend this hotel. 」

「The staff are very helpful and friendly, especially, the reception service, e.g. Wayne and Lin who has multi language skills to facilitate the communication. The buffet breakfast is good as the hotel provides a variety of food. My room did not have any chair, however, the staff could help out to find one as reqeuested.」

「接待處流程安排十分差，不論入住及退房時都要大排長龍，加上職員態度真的有待改善。 另外，房間及餐廳清潔真的一般，枉酒店標榜著重整潔，但餐廳職員服務值得一讚」

「Everything is fine, only bottles water cannot supplied on the other day, sound not reasonable. 」

「The staff was very nice especially the young lady who spoke in Cantonese(I forget ask for her name). The room was very nice, it’s clean and tidy, the bed was comfortable. The location was great, it’s near bus and metrolink station. I definitely will stay in this if I visit MAN again. 」

「Stayed overnight for a flight the next day. No shuttle to the airport but a good taxi service that the front desk booked for 16 GBP. Good dinner at the hotel dining room. 」
