“不錯”

“The staff were very nice. The valet attendants were nice but a little over the top. And we felt bad not tipping each time we called to have our car brought out. The room had a musty smell and the shower was a little mildewed. We visited the pool for a little bit but some other people came in and were splashing everyone. Our air conditioner was broken but the staff quickly repaired it which was great!”

“Every member of the staff went above and beyond. The welcome beverage was just the tip of the iceberg. Also recommend using the house bicycles to ride to The Pearl”

“Unfortunately, our stay was very disappointing. The customer service was poor from check-in to check-out, with staff showing little interest in addressing our concerns or providing a welcoming experience. The room was not clean upon arrival. We noticed dirty surfaces, an unclean bathroom, and overall poor housekeeping, which made us uncomfortable during our stay. For the price we paid, we expected a much higher standard of cleanliness and service.”

“Close to all the attractions”

“Overall the property was great. The pool looked a little one the dirty side ( water wasn't clear) however it was still nice. One of the stairway in parking garage had lots of trash and debris. The rooms were very clean. Staff was very nice and helpful. I will definitely be back.”

“It was extremely close to the venue we were attending. There were restaurants, Voodoo donut shop, pizza and ice cream all within a block or two. What I don't like is the parking. No one should have to pay $50+ to parking for 1 night. That is extremely ridiculous. SA Texas is not New York. Coming from the Ground floor, there's no signs telling you where the lobby is. Very confusing. Why do you have to ask for shower mat? The shower floor was dirty. The color on the television was blue.”
