「Such a lovely experience with a warm welcome, an exceptionally comfortable bed and amazing breakfasts. Conveniently located for the motorway yet really quiet. We had the Courtyard room which had a double and a single bed. It’s was a good sized room with everything we needed. We had a slight issue with the shower temperature the first day that was quickly resolved. Everyone was very friendly and I’d highly recommend this excellent B&B. 」

「There was a bottle of wine, some chips, some coffee and sugars to get you started on your vacation. The neighbors below and to the side were quiet. Tesco Express is just around the corner. Located at the City Center with the things we had planned to do so walking everywhere worked. The property was clean.」

「酒店外牆搭上棚架，90%房間位於地舖樓上，而其中幾個地舖連同隔鄰地盤進行拆卸工程，早上九時開始，被拆卸工作嘈音吵醒已算了，更出現樓層搖晃、震盪，程度不輕，但由預訂酒店至 check in 入住，酒店亦沒有任何相關資訊及通知，實在有隱瞞情況。」

「No bottled water, insufficient seats and cups in the room for 3 adults. The air con didn’t work even the staff reset it, forcing us to open the window which made the room more noisy. 」

「Hotel lobby is pretty new and grand for a 3-4 star hotel. The hotel staff are helpful and nice. It's a nice choice if you are traveling in the Belfast City Airport. But the housekeeping service is a bit messy.」
