"Very nice stay on Gili T. This hotel is located on the west end of the island which is quieter and less rowdy. I walked here from the pier in 30 mins with my luggage by cutting through the middle of the island. There isn't a beach here, rather just a wall where the waves hit, and you're separated by the road. Staff is kind, especially the two ladies in the front reception and I had a great balinese massage by a sweet masseuse. Live music every night from fantastic musicians. Breakfast is ordered Ala carte and is just ok in my opinion. Lots of seating by the pool, but they are very particular about the beach umbrellas. Perhaps because they break so easily. Island is small and you can rent a bicycle from the front desk. You can ride around the island in an hour. One day I rode around 3x. Cute resident cat. "

"Rooms we're perfect and very clean and smart. Pool areas we're good. Only thing that let's this property down is the staff, it is very hit and miss, some staff we're unbelievable and others we're rude. We rented 2 bikes and they both broke then we tried to use an adverstised Hotels.com bar discount and they took it really funny and tried to do anything not to give it us"

"Great place! The sea view is amazing, and there’s a very good spot to enter the water. The restaurant has a beautiful view, and it’s very close to the sunset point. The accommodation is nice and very comfortable, and the staff is wonderful — very friendly and helpful. The only point is that the cleanliness could be improved a little. "I absolutely loved this place, after hustle and bustle at Bali you can simply recharged your battery there. Hotel location is perfect and every day you can witness the most beautiful sunsets ever. Everyone At hotel is super friendly but I would like to mention KARIN. She is extremely professional and customer service she provides in such a natural and charming way was a highlight of my stay there. I must say it was my 5th hotel in Indonesia and far the best and thanks to KARIN my stay there was super special. I cant wait to return and I already recommended it to few of my friends."
