芬兰湾 4 星级酒店, HK$627 起

“房間就在車站旁邊，窗戶可以看到中央車站的月台 沒有茶杯和燒水壺”

“Overall, a good airport hotel. Pros: Comfortable bed, good breakfast with variety of food, beautiful lobby, excellent location if you need to depart early. The train station is next to the hotel and there are a supermarket and a 24-hr convenient store in the arrival hall, only 1 min walk from the hotel entrance. Cons: No slippers in the room. When I asked the front desk staff, he said they had slippers but cost €5. The water in the shower is so very slow and weak. It’s raining outside, but they……

“Room was modernly designed, but the room and toilet is tiny, no laundry service. The front desk lady said i can find a laundry place from a shopping mall 3 km, not sure if she’s joking or not. You have to pay €20 extra for the wellness area, food there was overpriced, sauna and pool are overcrowded”

“十分好，早餐非常非常好”

“Very nice hotel and rich breakfast!”

“Well located hotel and maintained adequately. However, this hotel and staff had the worst customer service I have seen after having travelled across the whole of Europe in the last two months. We arrived early and were denied early check in, unless we paid €20 each before 2 pm. Check in was scheduled at 4 pm. That is another appalling hotel policy. Normally hotels check in is normally around 2-3 pm. On checking with the reception they confirmed the rooms were available but ONLY on payment of……

“The hotel is not located in city centre, there isn’t much to shop nearby. Except that, others are fanastic, including the hotel room and facilities like sauna, gym room. Staff are also helpful and nice.”

“職員友善，房間整潔，不同樓層有不同主題裝飾”

“飯店位置距離車站及商圈不遠，走路即可到達。飯店裡的員工非常親切，早餐也豐盛。”

“Very good location, but there wasn’t even a kettle in the room….”

“員工都很熱情服務很好”

“Clean room and nice bed. Convenient location”

“Hotel is just right above the train station and shopping mall which has 24 hrs supermarket. The room is clean and breakfast is good. Highly recommend to those the first time to Finland like us.”
