“Check in was seamless, counter staff very friendly.
We prepaid breakfast when booking, great deal as we could order anything off the brekky menu, the eggs Benny was the best I’ve ever ordered. The room was very quiet and as expected, the tv was larger than usual in a hotel.
Loved the waterfront location and it was across the street from Prospera Place which had an event we were attending. We would book there again! ”

“The hotel was beautiful and the pool was great. Unfortunately the staff seemed miserable. Barely smiled or looked at me through check in. Also, coffee bar wasn’t replenished so didn’t get any coffee on my second morning. Not the best experience when you are expecting a nicer hotel. Also, a breakfast buffet was advertised but non existent, only a bar style restaurant near the lobby.”
