"Started off a little rocky because I was not given the room I paid for. I went back to the front desk to inquire about the change and I was questioned about how many people I had with me. I paid for the room with three beds and a view overlooking the canal. I was given a room with one bed and a view overlooking the intersection of the road in front of the hotel. I was told that I was given the room I reserved and that it was only 2 people. One traveler couldnā€™t make it therefore it was only 2 of us. He said I can show you what you reserved, I politely replied I am well aware of what I reserved. After a little back and forth I was given the room I paid for. The view was amazing and I did get the balloons and candy I paid for to celebrate my birthday. Other than that the stay was great not excellent because of the service. We didnā€™t use housekeeping for 2 of the days and when we requested it they came but nothing was done they didnā€™t even change the sheets nor pillow cases. WiFi was good and the breakfast was great."
