「The check in process took us 3 hours in total. We were not sent the check in instructions and when we tried to call the number listed there was no one connected. After waiting 2.5 hours someone connected and when we managed to talk to her she then couldn’t get the lockbox code which took another 30 minutes 」

「On arrival we discovered that the location was out of business and nobody told us! We had to find other accommodations in a foreign country.」

「Welcoming staff and a lovely clean hotel. The room had everything we required. The bathroom was small, which was okay, but there were a few things which needed addressing. The mirror was chipped and the paintwork near the bath needed attention. The restaurant is lovely, although the pudding had a hair cooked into the biscuit. The grounds of the hotel are lovely. Very pretty and the car park was good as we arrived with a trailer (confirmed this was allowed prior to booking) there was plenty of...

「The hotel was very quiet as Cults is a suburb, but they did host a birthday party on the Saturday night which was directly below our room and was incredibly noisy (we could sing along). On the other two nights it was quiet despite being on a main road. The staff are friendly and the food is ok. In future we might check about events or at least ask to be moved.」

「Apartment is very modern and well equipped for a short stay or a long stay! Towels and bedding were of high quality, as were fixtures and fittings. Fast flowing shower and fast WiFi. The added smart features give the apartment a very premium feel. Lots of amenities nearby」

「The advertising was very misleading. Expected a B&B with breakfast. When we arrived there was a note on a desk explaining the 2 plastic wrapped croissants and open items in the fridge were the breakfast. Room had a musty smell, bed and pillows are in need of replacement.」
