“The room we were given was in poor quality. There were no slippers, shower gel and shampoo not refilled, no mini bar refrigerator and the shower room door was broken. The management response was also slow. We just cannot imagine this is the service standard and facility standard of Radisson Blu.”

“5 Sterne für ein Hotel, an dem man warmherzig empfangen und einzigartig verwöhnt wird. Alida und Mathias haben ihre Leidenschaft zum Beruf gemacht. Wer familiäre Atmosphäre mag, ist hier goldrichtig. Liebevoll gestaltete, große Zimmer. Top Hygiene, fantastisches englisches Frühstück frisch nach Wunsch zubereitet.
