「Good」

「The hotel is clean with good location, but the service is terrible.Even I hang the sign"do not disturb" on the door, the girls still enter and clean the room, finally I missed $10000Peso from my wallet(on the desk) when I back!!!!!! The most upset thing is that there is no any response from the hotel after clearing the details with the lady in front desk who told me will report to manager and check the security. finally give nothing to me even without any "sorry"」

「Clean room, good breakfast, good location.」

「Everything was perfect! The staff was super helpful and friendly. We especially enjoyed the pool and the rooms are very cozy.」

「When I arrived to check in, my reservation didn't show up in the system. After 45 minutes, the manager came to tell me there was a problem because their systems weren't connected to Expedia. They initially tried to assign me a room for two people, so I showed them the reservation on my Expedia app, and they then gave me a room for three. When we got to the room, the air conditioning wasn't working; I called reception to ask for a room change, but they said nothing else was available for that...

「Cama buen tamaño, limpia. Colillas de cigarro receptáculo de gorra de baño. Duplicidad de cobro de la habitación. No entrega de boleta.」
