Os quartos são bons, nosso banheiro só tinha meia porta do box , oque no inverno atrapalha devido ao frio. Uma das camas , apresentava um declive grande no colchão . 「The hotel is clean with good location,but the service is terrible.Even I hang the sign"do not disturb" on the door, the girls still enter and clean the room,finally I missed $10000Peso from my wallet(on the desk) when I back!!!!!! The most upset thing is that there is no any response from the hotel after clearing the details with the lady in front desk who told me will report to manager and check the security. finally give nothing to me even without any "sorry"」
