"My room (executive room) was on the 39. floor and the view on Pudong was amazing, I could directly see the Shanghai Tower and the Oriental Pearl Tower! The room was really nice (although a bit older) and breakfast was also great. The executive lounge with free drinks and snacks from 4:30 to 8 p.m. was also included in the executive room package (I did not know that), which made the experience even better. "Our stay was great overall. Very stylish and clean hotel/ rooms, amazing breakfast with great variety ranging from standard options to local cuisine. The shower pressure in the room was a bit low and didn't improve much even when we reported and had it looked at. Customer service managers were kind and helpful."
