"Service was friendly and good. Took a bus tour (from the travel desk in the lobby) to Penglai Pavillion. I highly recommend it. I went to the Yantai Museum. It is very nice. I hired a taxi for two hours. I bought wine made in Yantai at the Changyu Wine Museum. I went up Yantai Hill for a view of the city and the ocean. It is lovely. And I went to the Whale Shark Aquarium. It is a FANTASTIC aquarium!"

"It was good value for money. Hot water was only available from late night to early morning, and there were bad smells in the corridor where my room was, so I had to seal the door with a towel to keep the air in my room clean. The staff were friendly and helpful when I asked them directions and the daily cleaning was adequate. The hotel is in a great location in Yantai, close to several shopping centres, museums and the ocean walk. "
