“O lobby é excelente porém as condições do quarto não condiz com as expectativas de uma rede de hotéis dessa categoria. Quarto simples em condições apenas razoáveis. O jantar no restaurante do hotel é ruim. A comida não foi servida conforme o menu. Além disso, não possui estacionamento próprio e o local conveniado é distante.”

“Fomos muito bem recebidos, o recepcionista foi muito solícito em toda a nossa estadia, nos deu dicas, estava realmente preocupado em nos oferecer a melhor experiência. A localização é ótima, super tranquilo de pegar Uber e ponto estratégico para quando a excursão passava nos pegar para o passeio. A vista do hotel é incrível e tivemos ótima experiência e acolhimento. ”

“酒店位置相当好，离市中心不远，最负盛名的PAPANUI巧克力店也不远，酒店干净，早餐也好！离公交车站也很近，大超市就在一个街区的距离，东西很丰富，超市对照面一家吃羊腿的，据说烹煮要4个小时以上。价格也不贵。”

“I can’t speak highly enough for this hotel and it’s staff. We booked at the last minute after a debacle with an Airbnb. They were immensely, friendly and accommodating in any request. The rooms were beautiful. The grounds were beautiful. They had a small business center and had an amazing spa with treatment rooms a beautiful heated pool a Jacuzzi steam sauna showers. Complementary breakfast was wonderful and the restaurant was very good food at a good value. This was an amazing last-minute find……

“The setting is glorious, nestled in the woods on a lake. The staff was friendly and eager to please. Understaffed in the restaurant. Had to wait quite a while each morning for breakfast items to be replenished. The poor employee was doing as much as she could on her own. No WiFi in the basement where the gym is, so couldn’t use my Peloton app to work out with the hotel’s gym equipment. It’s a classy hotel; I was surprised they didn’t have a booster so we could get WiFi down there. Kayaking……
