「The guest house is a great place to stay ,we really enjoyed our stay ,it’s clean and great customer service .the owner of the guest house is very friendly, the breakfast was amazing ,the owner of guest house invited us to join their a lunch before we leave to Hanoi .they are sweet couple .I will recommend to all my friend to stay here and we definitely will come back here again we rate this guest house 5 star rating .」

「We loved our stay. arrived at the welcome center and soon were on a short boat ride to the resort. Our room had a private hot tub, which staff filled with the hot spring. The salty hot spring was comfortable and great for the skin. Dinner and breakfast were great. The room was very nice, with a bathtub, shower, big TV, and a comfortable bed. We were sad we only had time for one night.」

In our room had some problems in showing room, but the staff fixed and later change our room very quickly. We all had a very happy trip and memories there. We spend four nights!! 「A huge spider crawled on me and woke me in the middle of the night. In the morning I could see bites on my chest and hand. When we told the staff during check out, the two female reception agents did not do anything to address it. The one agent responded with she was really scared of spiders so please don’t tell her the details. The other agent, asked to take a picture of the spider. They didn’t ask if we needed any assistance regarding the spider bite, barely an apology. We explained to them...
