“Great location and very clean hotel. However, the receptionist was rude, did not speak English well, and was unprofessional for a 5-star hotel. Pool service was poor no menu available, and it took almost 45 minutes to receive one. Other than that, the hotel is very good.”

“What a spectacular find in Jeddah. Usually I would stay further south in the city. However, this location is so much better. It's safer. It's closer to a world of choices of food to pick from. On top of all these, the service is great, the place is kept clean and the food provided is abundant and clean. ”

“The staff are friendly. However, some of the room is broken and i have left something behind to the hotel and the hotel won't notice their customer for this. More importantly - the fragrance within the room is too strong and i don't think many customers can take this. ”

“Location is great, staff is great (shout out to Malickie for assisting my sister with a room issue and to Riyadh for assisting us with a seamless checkout and airport transfer!!) My only criticism is the shower drain was extremely clogged, causing a flood in the first couple minutes. We didn’t address it to the staff since it was a short stay for us so we just dealt with it but other than this, a lot of pluses and I would recommend! ”

Staying in five star hotels, first time I have experienced coming back form work and finding the room as you left it. Asking for the reason, "the house keeping was not told to clean the room. They cannot enter the room without permission". I am confused, is it good or bad. I mean, you trsut the hotel and expect them to……
