"Terrible Experience – Do Not Book This Property We booked a 3-night stay (Friday–Monday) for 16 people. The morning after we arrived, the upstairs A/C—responsible for cooling 6 of the 7 bedrooms—stopped working. We contacted the property management company right away and were repeatedly told a technician would arrive soon. No one came until after noon on Sunday.
