“I can’t say enough great things about this property. The staff the food, the ambience, the great location for children to play. Everything was just perfect.”

“My suite was delayed by 1.5 hours and not ready. Property emailed me prior to ask if I needed anything. I asked for a comforter... didn't get, and took 3 calls TO GET one 2 hours later. Room furnishing were bland, sparse, dated, and the worst was, the AC did not work in the suite, and we BOUGHT A FAN FROM DOOR DASH so we could sleep. And this is a Suite at The Ritz Carlton???? Awful.”
