「The property is clean and basic, in comparison to others we have stayed in at The Bay. However, the listing could be made clearer. Guests should be aware that there is no WiFi connection, they need to bring, towels, hairdryer and there are no basic cleaning products or toiletries supplied.」

「Lovely clean room with comfy bed. Great choice for breakfast all cooked to order. Plenty of parking spaces. Bus stop straight outside was handy to get into town and then a 5 minute taxi drive back. Stayed here last two years and will definitely be back next year.」

「Nobody at property on arrival, place locked up in darkness and nobody answering the phone. left several voicemails but to date (5 days later) still no response.
Worst holiday experience we have ever had; long distance travelled to find no accommodation.
Not what you need after a long day and the stress of having to find an alternative place to stay in the middle of half term week and everywhere else is fully booked.」

「Location is great - short walk into town and just across the road is a lovely woodland for walks in the shadow of the castle and access to the North York’s Moors is very close. Accommodation layout really good for a social gathering - very clean and well equipped including books and games etc
