"I really like this hotel. The rooms are nicely redone and clean. The staff is friendly and welcoming. The pool is nice and there’s a gym. The location is great if you need to be near downtown Kissimmee. In fact it’s the only real three-star hotel in this area."

"Parking was easy, staff was friendly. The rooms are somewhat outdated, but it was clean and that's what I care about, otherwise it has everything I needed and expected. This location is only sightly more off-beat than the stays near Old Town area but at a much lower rate, and it's not terribly far from Disney or Universal."

"Place was filthy. Had to wash dishes before we could use them. We never got access to the pool. They gave us a key fob finally after our 3rd day and it was broken. Host wouldn't reply when I told him that the key fob was cracked and broken, so it didn't work to open the pool gate. There were no wash cloths or hand towels. The slider didn't lock at all. It had a metal bar to put in it, that wouldn't stay in place. Downstairs toilet leaked all over the floor. When we arrived there was a 2" cockroach guarding the bathrrom. Kitchen didn't have any sauce pan or decent utensils for cooking. The one spatula was half burned off. One side of the toaster doesn't work. It says sleeps eight but only has two bowls and a few plates. Host wouldn't reply to help with issues. Worst stay I've had ever!"
