Sehr geehrte Christine,vielen Dank für Ihre Bewertung und entschuldigen Sie bitte, dass ich erst jetzt die Zeit finde, Ihnen zu antworten.Es tut mir sehr leid, dass der Aufenthalt in unserem Haus nicht Ihren Vorstellungen entsprochen hatund ich möchte mich in aller Form für die Unannehmlichkeiten bei Ihnen entschuldigen.Wir haben z.Z. noch einige Probleme mit unserer Reinigungsfirma und es hat bereits mehrere Gesprächemit der zuständigen Projektleitung gegeben.Wir haben 164 Zimmer und 55 Tiefgaragenplätze. Da wird es bei ausgebuchtem Haus knapp mit den Stellplätzen. Glücklicherweise haben wir aber noch einige Parkplätze vor dem Haus und man hat auch in der näheren Umgebung die Möglichkeit kostenfrei zu parken bzw. ein weiteres Parkhaus kostenpflichtig zu nutzen.Medikamente, die gekühlt werden müssen, können Sie jederzeit an der Rezeption abgeben.Ich kann das Geschehene leider nicht rückgängig machen, möchte Sie aber bitten, uns nochmal eine Chance zu geben.Ich bin mir sicher, dass wir Sie von unserem Service im Hampton by Hilton Aachen Tivoli überzeugen werden.Freundliche GrüßeAnja Goldbach
