"Friendly, helpful staff in a very busy environment "

"Restaurant was very basic. Didn't try the breakfast. Close to bars and restaurants. Bed was just average for comfort. Misha in reception, however, was extremely helpful and made the experience positive."

"I stayed here with my three-year-old stayed here for three nights over Easter and overall the stay was enjoyable and Location was perfect. Staff were great. The only issue I had was on the last night. I’ve booked an accessibility room due to having a push chair and our room had the ability to be into connecting to the next room. The last night which was Friday there was shouting and banging occurring from next door and a few attempts that someone trying to get into our room this went in for a while and I found this to be quite intimidating as it was just me and my son and he was getting upset as the noise woke us both. This was disappointing as it was on a what was supposed to be a quiet floor. Upon the leaving I did ask a member of staff if there was any issues in the night as there was talking on the corridor which made me wondered if staff were called by someone . I was told he wasn’t aware of anything that happened in the night and that groups of people should not have been put on that floor anyway, nothing more was said. "

"Reception and bar staff very friendly and welcoming. Hotel is in a great location if attending SSE arena Belfast. Rooms were so clean and comfortable. This was our second stay and I highly recommend!"

"A lavish luxury 4 star hotel in a great city centre location walking distance to the Victoria shopping centre well worth booking...staff were really friendly... room was great ...breakfast restaurant was lovely looking out to the two famous dock cranes...the only downside with a city centre hotel they dont have their own parking so you have to pay for the multistorey but they will validate your ticket for a discount."
