The wallpapers, skirting liines, floors and fixtures worn off. Amenities and fixtures deteriorated. Low standard of sanitisation (eg accumulated stains in toilet bowl and cockroaches wandering around the wash basin, loosely sealed drainaage compartment.

Staff were great. I had a few questions which the concierge answered very capably. Only one problem The air con was jammed on 17.5 C. We couldnt cha nge it. Great room with a harbour view.
