I was moved to another room on arival because my room (was a disgraceful) Then I was followed by another guests at the hotel and he got into my private space. Because there is no lock on the downstairs entrance door. I was absolutely terrified to sleep. The noicses were extremely bad. I had to go to reception in the (in the next building) in my bare feet, because i hot locked out of my room chasing a man away from my door. I am luckily alive after being stalked by another guest. The room was dirty. And there was no cups in the room to make a coffee. Absolutely shocking service.

Horrible! Really grubby room and someone tried to get into my room at 1.30 am - eventually got a different room at 2.30, as a solo female traveller I did not feel safe at all!

I booked a room in this hotel and on arriving I asked if I could get a room on the ground floor if one was free (accessibility reasons). I was then sent to the hotel next door which isn't as nice as this one in my view, I've stayed before - with as many stairs.

The place was fine, clean, just a little out of the way. The staff was very very. I’ve tho. The code provided to me did not work the first time and there were a lot of stairs to get to and then back to the reception with my vags. The front desk person was very kind tho and helped promptly.

The hotel was pricey, but that was because of Offshore Europe. However, I hadn't realised how much the Brentwood had decayed since I last visited (many years ago). This is not a pleasant hotel - it's in urgent need of refurbishment; the building, it's contents, and its cleanliness are a far cry from anything I would consider acceptable. Fellow customers were noisy, sitting in corridors, and looking like they had been placed there by the authorities (perhaps they had). All-in-all not a nice experience and I won't be staying again. Sorry.

Absolutely the worst, WORST property I have ever stayed at. Disgusting mold in bathroom, torn wallpaper, stained and broken furniture, gross carpets, 1 inch thick mattresses, stale smell, filthy bathroom, no security at front door DO NOT STAY HERE. This is an introduction to a developing nation hotel. Expedia should be embarrassed to have this property listed; total lies in the description. I have fully documented pictures of this pit. Property is old and the room we were in was in a corner with 2 other doors right next to our door. At least one person was talking on his phone outside our door at 10pm and it sounded like he was in the room with us. The place has a sleezy boarding house vibe. Wouldn’t stay again. Terrible Avoid!!

Avoid at all cost. Paid for the room but when we arrived they had cancelled the room as the hotel was overbooked. Apparently they give on a first come basis regardless if you’ve paid or checked in online. Check in was at 2pm and we arrive at 3pm! No apology or help to find alternative accommodation. So far no refund as hotel.com weren’t aware of the cancellation

Its was good but not best experience. Pros: Close to union Square, room is clean, breakfast is good. Cons: shady location, no options for early check in and late checkout, your are at mercy of reception people for customization, too noisy from outside noise

Pésimo hotel y servicio

Habitaciones que no tienen nada que ver con las fotos anunciadas al reservar. Habitaciones destartaladas, sin un mínimo de limpieza, y cuando pedimos cambiar de habitación nos ofrecen una habitación que no estaba lista (y que no iban a limpiar para nosotros), que probablemente no habían limpiado en días, por no decir semanas, con toallas por el suelo, etc. Y eso fue lo único que nos ofrecieron. Claramente, nos fuimos del hotel. Hotel para nada recomendable. Servicio cero profesional.
