"Stayed for 3 night's and I have no complaints. I slept in a clean, comfortable room. Breakfast was great too. Muffins were delicious!!! "

"The front desk was very helpful and proactive with the Bonvoy membership. The hotel is clean and well serviced. The room, an "upgrade," was just off the elevator, which you could not hear; however, the floor above you could hear the doors, and the guests were very rambunctious for hours with limited soundproofing. The room faced the highway, which was on a hill, so the engine noise was noticeable. Although I do not eat breakfast, their breakfast had a full range of options, including breads, fruits, eggs, and protein. The hotel is not really within walking distance of any variety of restaurants. The hotel does offer items for purchase items to microwave. Keurig coffee. "

"Towels were dirty upon arrival into the room. Long dark hairs were found in the bed and on the furniture. Water fountain inside the gym wasn't working. Paper towels missing from the public washroom beside the gym. No pool or hottub. The breakfast that was offered was in poor condition. Stale bread and bagels. The hot water was coffee flavored. The fan in the bathroom of our room was very loud."

"Everything was clean and in order. The restaurant was fantastic. Two small suggestions. Add USB charging outlets to the bedside desks. Add a lamp with an outlet at the work desk in the room. It would have been nice to pug in my Laptop at the work station. "

"Nice to be near downtown and the park, extremely loud train very close to the hotel, sirens and screaming children late at night. Very slow checkin and front desk service as only one person on even during peak check in times. Also didn’t get 15$ food credit promised by expedia"
