"Good place to stay with family but nearby cafe restaurants are very crowded and noisy. Room service was a bit lazy too. In general as a Family we liked this hotel."

"Das erste Zimmer war leider nicht sauber, aber ein Ersatz wurde zeitnah angeboten – das war positiv. Der Schnitt & die Größe des Familenzimmers war in Ordnung. Die Zimmertür aus Holz war leider nicht Schalldicht. Frühstück ist jeden Tag das Gleiche und sehr wenig Auswahl. Warme, variierinde Speisenauswahl oder frisches Brot haben uns morgens sehr gefehlt, sodass wir paar Mal außerhalb gegessen hatten. Das Personal wirkte eher distanziert, z.B. oft keine Begrüßung bei Begegnungen (bei manchen)....

"The staff are very nice and polite. But they have atleast 30-40 refugees staying at the hotel for extended stay of more than 40 days and they are all over all of the floors, camping in common areas. They have layed rugs in common areas and sit and hang out. I hated my stay there and it also made the hotel very noisy and crowded."

"Customer service was decent overall. We booked a suite that included a sofa bed, but it wouldn’t open. When we asked for help, the staff said they didn’t know how to fix it, and the second time we were told housekeeping was closed. The hotel really needs to improve on customer satisfaction. There was also loud construction outside around 10 a.m. for about two hours, plus constant noise from other rooms — we honestly only got about three hours of sleep each night.
