「Hotel appartenant à l'Etat totalement laissé à l'abandon par son exploitant privé. Faute d'entretien sur les centaines de chambres théoriques de l'hotel seules une dizaine sont encore opérationnelles, les autres sont souvent condamnées ouvertes aux 4 vents.
