The staff were kind and accommodating. We asked to switch rooms and although they said no at first, later they allowed the change. The pool has no lighting at night. The menu is the same every day so if you're there for only 2 or 3, days that's fine. I was there for 5 so it became fairly boring. The bed was very comfortable.

The hotel is brand new and clean. Some services like the SPA were not available at the time of my visit as it was still in the process of opening, but the staff was wonderful, the food delicious and it made for a great experience.

Little heaven

The staff was welcoming and very helpful especially Cedric at the reception. The place is really restful and a great soothing atmosphere. The room was clean and in good condition except the shower knob which should be replaced ( it was coming out).

L'hotel est situé dans une rue calme eloignée du vacarme routier. La cadre est assez discret, un décor très artistique et une personnel chaleureux. Le seul hic ce sont les paons qui parfois de bonne heure font du bruit.

I was excited when I initially booked this hotel and was looking forward a unique experience, however , it was mediocre at best. The wifi did not work which made it hard to communicate to others abroad. Furthermore, I was delayed by an hour at the airport for pickup despite sending an email with all my flight information. It was because if this delay that caused me to miss the restaurant hours that closed at 10pm. I had to wait until the morning for breakfast which was very bland. Some of the staff was helpful, but other staff were standoffish and cold. One lady appeared to be following me as if she didn't trust me. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. There are far better hotels in Ivory Coast.

A number of things really that disappointed me in fact. The quality of food was VERY below standard for the price of the hotel. The menu was a joke. Breakfast similar. The only interesting thing about the hotel were the peacocks wandering about freely. However they screech all night and will keep you awake. If it’s not the peacocks it may be someone blowing the leaves around at midnight with a motorised leaf blower (T.I.A) - this is Africa remember. I was due to be there for two weeks but cracked after one. Expedia were happy to move me out and put me somewhere more appropriate shall we say.

Great atypical hotel

Nice atypical hotel. Liked the cleanness, the service and the staff amiability .. Room was clean and the bed comfortable...the Nespresso machine is a plus Breakfast was simple but enough to start the day. The only thing i suggest to improve is connectivity in Rooms.

Oasis

Lepic hotel was simply amazing; from the courteous staff who welcomed us when we arrived, to the beautiful pool overlooking the scenery, to the neat and tidy rooms. It was also quite a sight to see waking up to beautiful peacocks every morning. The decor and design of the hotel was quite beautiful as well. This hotel is one of a kind. Make sure to try the steak on the menu, that was my favorite!
