Comportement préjudiciable
Bien que le séjour se soit bien passé, mais la facturation a été désagréable. L’hôtel avoue ne pas avoir de connexion avec Hôtel.com et donc exige le paiement à la caisse et demande au client de se débrouiller avec Hôtel.com, alors que ma carte de crédit a été débité. Cela ressemble à une arnaque.
