"The lady at the desk to check in was so delightful, she made us feel welcome from the minute we checked in and helped with anything we needed our wanted. The property was very clean and safe. Ample parking we were pulling a trailer on the back of a truck. I would give this place 6 starts if i could. "

"The first room we were given was filthy from the beds to the floor. The beds had soiled linens on both! From top to bottom. The carpet was disgusting and had not been vacuumed as there were crumbs all over. Including a whole cookie inside ( in visible sight) the air conditioning unit.The clerk that checked us in was Awesome! And did indeed take pictures so that housekeeping / management could be informed. However she did infact try to make excuses for some of the bedding. Frankly if I had not been there to watch my Grandson play Baseball the next morning. I would not have stayed. The housekeeping in this establishment is way below tge 8.6 excellent review that I seen online. I would definitely not stay here again. "

"I very rarely leave a less than stellar review when I am traveling but I was not impressed by this hotel or its staff. Apparently they checked me in to the wrong room. We checked in after 10pm so the moment we got in to the room we showered, brushed teeth and climbed in to bed. The front desk called up and told is we were in the wrong room and acted like it was my issue to solve. They also expected us to pack up our stuff and change rooms to the correct one. Not only was that a huge inconvenience to us but likely to the people who were trying to check in to their correct room. We already utilized things in the room so it would have needed to be stripped and cleaned. Just over all super unprofessional from the staff. The beds were also extremely uncomfortable. "

"Staff was nice. Room was not clean but looks like sheets were ok. Door hinges were solid rust and had to push it closed. Entry switch turned on no lights and lights beside bed did not work (tried every combination with the wall switch). There was a Wendy’s drink in the freezer (would have preferred complimentary wine). There was something splattered on bathroom door. Top of refrigerator was filthy. Honestly, was afraid to touch anything. 216 FYI. "
