Absolutely incredible hotel within an amazing location, just footsteps to the Qasr Al Watan, Emirates Palace, Founders Memorial, Corniche, and Marina Mall. The hotel itself cannot be faulted, with friendly staff, great views, and an opulent interior. If possible, add the buffet breakfast and dinner as this is an experience in itself. Of all of our travels, this hotel takes the top spot. P.s great for families too, our toddler has had an amazing time.

Walking from the front door to the areas around the hotel could be treacherous as there is no pedestrian sidewalk to the road. We did find steps over to the side but to get to them you need to cross traffic that is looking for the roadway. Other than that the hotel facilities were very good. Our room was spacious and well appointed. The bed was divine. We are coming back to the same location in a few weeks and now I'm glad I booked again at the same place.

Staff were genuinely amazing. They went above and beyond catering for our needs. My child started to have nosebleed while we were there and so because he was unwell and couldn't make it to our paid breakfast, they sent our breakfast up instead and followed up later in the day to make sure he was okay and to see if we needed a doctor or anything. They were very friendly and always greeted us in and around the hotel. Easy-going and conversationalists as well so the lift rides werent awkward if you get on and a member of staff happens to be on the lift. All in all a brilliant experience, defo will stay here again next time i come to Abu Dhabi.

Extremely run down property with inexperienced staff with little or no knowledge of basic food and drink items like filter coffee. Staff never came when requested a room service. Extremely noisy refrigerator and air conditioner temperature control not working. Basic emnities like mini bar fridge coffee facilities were missing. Not a hotel that should be considered as a give star hotel.

Everything was superb. so many great restaurants to choose from without ever leaving the hotel and it's right beside Etihad Towers, which gives you additional venues of entertainment. But the best thing about the Grand Hyat is the staff - Arun ( the manager) was exceptional and so were his colleagues, Meryem and Moon.

An absolutely gorgeous property, with many exciting and beautiful opportunities for entertainment nearby. The rooms are spacious, gorgeous, and absolutely spotless. Honestly if you’re looking for a hotel — you can’t go wrong. My only gripe, if I were to have one? The hairdryer in our room was old and beaten. Other than that an absolutely fabulous hotel.

Property is hard to get into, valet is a nightmare Checking in was easy of 5 or 6 elevators two were out of service so wait was lengthy Rooms were spacious great view everything seemed great until we returned from dinner and found no air conditioning in the hotel rooms and in Abu Dhabi in the summer it got brutal fast we went to the front desk they told us they had a chiller issue should repaired in an hour this was at 11:30 at 1:45 as we were still sitting in the lobby having a big slumber party with many of other guest we were told we could get a room on a low floor that had air this took another 30 mins as many guest were checking out. We finally got to bed after 2:00 the next day we checked out of our 2 rooms and friends who had 1 and as we were waiting for our car several guest remarked they had been given a free night for their troubles!!! We were never offered a free night or anything for our troubles….

Great hotel with a friendly staff. Spacious, spotless room. Breakfast was wonderful, dinner OK. The only (minor) issue, was that a 40 stories hotel has only 5 small elevators. 2 of them were out of service for most of the week we stayed there, resulted in somewhat long waiting time when needed an elevator.

The staff at Sahaa, the hotel restaurant were helpful. Ritesh was particularly helpful. He understood my dietary requirements and highlight all the foods I could eat and even arranged for the chef to cook a breakfast that met my dietary requirements.

La Struttura in quanto tale è di livello molto alto ma ci sono due cose che mi porteranno a non frequentarla più; la prima che gli ascensori non sono sincronizzati in modo tale da consentire a noi clienti di arrivare in modo celere alla propria camera anzi che rimanere anche 15 minuti tra attesa e trasporto al piano. La seconda, a mio parere molto molto grave, che se non fosse stato per l’unico dipendente tale Sig. Ivan che parla Italiano, essendo ovviamente Italiano, nessuno e ribadisco nessuno parla Italiano è questo in una Struttura di questo livello è gravissimo perché il cliente Italiano che non parla Inglese deve avere le stesse opportunità e trattamento degli altri! Se non fosse stato per il Sig. Ivan, avendo avuto un problema con la Compagnia Etihad sul piano di volo per il Nostro rientro, nessuno dello Staff ci avrebbe risolto il problema! Vi chiedo di estendere la Nostra è quella di altri sei clienti gratitudine al Sig. Ivan. Grazie Cavaliere Roberto Cananzi
