Worst hotel ever!

This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed. The Manager, a slim young man, maybe in his 40s (I can't remember his name) was unimaginably so rude. He asked me to leave his hotel with immediate effect, when they could not (out of their own negligence) trace my payment from Expedia. When they eventually traced it, he couldnt even say a word of sorry.

Great team on ground

Generally, service was satisfactory. There was however challenges with the internet due to some civil works within the district hence my overall rating however the team made efforts to manage my expectations.

Centrally located

Hotel is centrally located in Abuja Wuse district close to EFCC office and many other hotels. The hotel is about average but need improvement in water pressure and Wifi connection.

the room was OK and most of the staff very friendly. The manager loaned me 7000 Naira for a car to take me to my meeting. I was able to pay him back after going to money changer. Very helpful manager

Not good business hotel

Air conditioning didn't work, no European food at breakfast, system for accessing wifi was tedious, wifi didn't even work half the time. Staff really nice but unable to actually help.

Peaceful, relaxing hotel

The Chelsea Wusa 2 is a charming hotel. Although it lacks some of the facilities found at the nearby Transcorp Hilton (I'm thinking swimming pool, shopping and banking), it has a relaxed non-corporate feel that makes it, in my opinion, a first rate, reasonably priced hotel. The staff could not be more charming or helpful. The rooms are well proportioned with good air-con at a 24hr electricity supply. The traditional breakfast was also excellent.

Friendly

The hotel lobby is small an uninviting. The staff are friendly enough, but the restaurant is very small and the breakfast is poor with only instant coffee. The bathroom had an awful smell and the shower had only a small drip of hot water. The wifi was very week in the room and had to be reset many times. Overall this is very poor value for money.
