The air-conditioner wasn’t working and it took 3 days to get a technician. Condition of rooms were poor and showing age. Showers splashed water onto floor and 1 room didn’t even have a shower curtain. Daily breakfast suppose to be open 6:30-10:00. When we arrived around 9:00 we were told it was closed. Also room service not billed to room- had to pay cash as you ordered. 1 room’s doorknob was falling off.

Dear Thomas,Thank you for your review, the entire team at the Airside Hotel would like to apologize for any inconvenience we might have caused you during your stay with us. The air-conditioner was a major problem that needed critical attention that was why we offered to change the room for and you ,which you rejected .As for the splashing of water, shower curtain has been hanged in the bathroom to prevent water from splashing.Investigations will be conducted into the breakfast issue and the needed action will be taken.

Airside hotel visit....three days....
The hotel was located close to the airport which was very convenient. The staff was courteous and helpful and the restaurant was open conveniently and available twenty four hours for room service too. The food was great. Stairs to the upper levels no elevator but the room was clean as were the bedding and the towels. I would absolutely stay here again should that opportunity arise.

Nice place to stay. The place is closer to Accra Mall snd other amenities. The staff are very kind and checkin was smooth. My room was upgraded to a VIP status. I would definitely like to stay again.

Good property with friendly staff. Very helpful and accommodating. Airport shuttle was great and hotel is convenient to the airport. Hotel staff connected me with a we hired driver for a tour of the city and that was totally worth it.

In transit for a domestic flight the next day, the cleanses to the airport, the free shuttle and food service at the hotel made the stay a hood one. The Hotel is showing it’s age a little bit but the staff are great and the food was good. Limited selection on the TV and a bad evening where water pressure was almost non existent but upon arrival it has been fine.

The pool, garden an terrasse is a construction site for a new building. The description of Airside Hotel on Hotels.com is misleading regarding these facilities and should be corrected. The staff was friendly and service minded. Room was ok, but the aircon old and noisy.

Disgusting & Dirty Hotel, not recommended, 1 Star
The fridge wasn’t working & spoiled my food that I bought the night before. Most of my diary products went bad, the power outlet wasn’t working, the water pressure wasn’t good to take shower, the power went off, the hot water tank was leaking, there was no backup generator when there was a black out, customer was poor & anytime I requested a service, they never show up or care that much. The place was too old & disgusting. There was wifi in the room for such hotel & the place was dirty. The bedsheets were dirty & I had to use mine. Also, the online price that I saw was $63 per night, but I was overcharged for $248, which am not happy about that & need a refund for the overcharged amount

Staff are very friendly. Hotel is in good condition. Microwave in rooms would be a good idea. Overall i would recommend it for someone looking for a basic, acceptable and affordable place. This is literally about 5 minutes from the airport
