The hotel is located at a convenient place. Food is average, and the rooms are quite good. Management should occasionally work with staff to smile and greet. It's very important. I am sure there is a lot of potential for this hotel. The only thing that was of great concern to me was that an important hotel like Fiesta Royal did not have internet. I was on a journey and wanted to reside in a hotel that had one thing - internet! And Fiesta Royale hotel did not provide it.

Everything was great. Only concern was ordering a cheese and tomato sandwich at the bar took over an hour to arrive. Staff told me it was coming without ever checking with the kitchen.

Warm Welcome. Shuttle service on time and driver very helpful. Door man took our luggage straight to our room. Very helpful. Restaurant was very clean. We had a buffet breakfast which was brilliantly displayed with a wide variety to choose from. Vegan friendly also. Our room was clean and room service good. Nice little shop on premises. Check out straight forward.
