Great stay. Very quiet and peaceful. Fabulous breakfast. Make sure to throw the ball for Jack. He will bring it back to you for as long as you want to go.

This was an absolutely beautiful place to stay for a weekend. In fact, I would have happily stayed longer. A true bed and breakfast - comfortable spacious room (and bed) with a sparkling clean bathroom (great shower pressure and temperature). A beautiful lounge area inside with a wood-burning fireplace (managed by the owners which is handy), tea and coffee making facilities, comfortable leather lounges and a dining area for breakfast. You choose from their menu what you'd like to have - fruit, cereals, yoghurt, plus hot breakfast options. It was fantastic. A lovely verandah off the main living area with a stunning view. Two lovely dogs that come looking for you (the younger one loves playing ball) and on our stay we were lucky to interact with the gorgeous little lambs that were 3 weeks old. Sheep, an alpaca and Angora goats add to the charm of the location. The owners were friendly and hospitable and gave tips for places to visit in the area. Overall a fantastic stay and I would definitely visit again.

Best Ever

This is the best stays we had ever. Pete was a fantastic host and the property is extremely well kept. Rooms were spotless and the breakfast scrumptious. Would love to be back again for a longer stay.

Exactly what we needed, a quiet room with a large bed after a long day of wedding celebrations then a lovely simple cooked breakfast in the dining/lounge area. The bedroom and the dining area look out on a wonderful rolling hills vista.

Absolutely stellar!

Perfect over-night stay, way more 5-star luxury than 3.5-star. Wonderful attentive hosts have custom-designed their home as a B&B so there is absolutely nothing lacking, down to the most thought filled detail. This couple know how to look after their guests from amenities, to food, to layout. Better than any B&B we’ve ever stayed at!

This is a 10/10 property! Our room was absolutely stunning with a super comfy king, stunning bath and beautiful view of the mountains and open paddocks. The breakfast, complementary tea, coffee and chocolate were just the cutest finishing touches and Sue was so friendly and amazing! Highly recommend - it was just superb!

Sue & Peter have a delightful place to stay if you like quiet rural setting. A 10 min drive into Alexandra for dinner. Beautiful cosy home & we were welcomed so warmly even tho we were a late afternoon arrival. Attention to detail faultless. Delicious breakfast too!! Thanks for sharing your home!

This proper B and B is absolutely perfect. First the location on a ridge gives stunning views overlooking the river valley and the hills/mountains beyond. Second the luxurious home - private guest suite with comfortable bed, huge bathroom, and a shared lounge in which breakfast was served. Third, the warm and gracious hosts ( and their two Australian shepherd dogs) who have the place perfectly fitted out for guests. And the breakfast was terrific. The stars at night were incredible. 10 stars!!!
