The chalet has two outdoor decks. The front deck is perfect for enjoying a morning cup of coffee while listening to the birds sing or an evening glass of wine to wind down the day. The back deck is the ideal outdoor hangout space. It’s complete with a grill, comfortable outdoor furniture, and warm and inviting lighting. There’s even a short trail through the woods up to the fire ring.
We also supply 2 for 1 coupons for the Laurelville Retreat center pool. Mini golfing and access to the hiking trails on the property are all included with the pass. Whitetail deer and a wide variety of birds abound around the chalet. It’s not uncommon to wake up and see a small herd of deer milling around the chalet.

The Bear Rocks neighborhood is quiet and secluded. It's home to a variety of bird and wildlife species. Best of all, it's located close to many of the notable highlights of the region: Ohiopyle, Fallingwater, Seven Springs, Hidden Valley, Mt. Pleasant, etc.
Most attractions require driving. The neighborhood is perfect for strolling around and looking at the cute cottages and houses.
